Helping Hands for animals

Helping hands for animals is an animal welfare NGO based out of Indore, that works for the betterment of stray animals. It works as a volunteer run organization that conducts anti-rabies drives, holds spay and neuter camps and provides first aid assistance and also long term treatment/surgery and shelter to orphaned, abandoned, critically injured/ paralysed dogs and cats. HHFA sometimes also works in tandem with govt. run sterilisation schemes and helps represent the cause of stray animal welfare to the city’s municipal corporation. Aside from being a monthly donor, Every year Shree Ved Industries runs a fundraiser in the month of December to help support HHFA for its noble endeavours.

Jwala

NGO- ‘JWALA’ which aims to empower women through skill development, providing self-defense workshops nationwide and helps them earn a respectable livelihood. JWALA has over 500 women who are direct or indirect beneficiaries and the numbers are growing every day. JWALA has also given self-defense training to more than 5 lac girls over the years, across the country. JWALA also organizes various grassroots programs where they teaches women about menstrual hygiene and aim to demystify mensuration myths by providing a solution-based approaches and simultaneously clearing long held beliefs and taboos.
